Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib posted a video Friday featuring pro-Gaza protesters calling for the removal of the Israeli state.

Even Michigan’s left-wing attorney general has turned on radical Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib for promoting a vicious anti-Semitic slogan.

According to Breitbart News, Michigan’s Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel demanded that Tlaib retract her “cruel and hateful” remarks that signaled her support for Palestinians after Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist group, killed more than 1,400 Israelis in an attack launched on Oct. 7.

Tlaib, who has defiantly posted a Palestinian flag outside her office in Washington, offered a video on X (formerly Twitter) that accused President Joe Biden of “genocide” for not demanding that Israel stop its offensive against Hamas.

“Mr. President, the American people are not with you on this one,” Tlaib said in the video, according to Breitbart. “We will remember in 2024.” The video then displayed text that read: “Joe Biden supported the genocide of Palestinian people. The American people won’t forget. Biden, support a ceasefire now, or don’t count on us in 2024.”

But the video also included clips of Palestinian supporters proclaiming “from the river to the sea,” which Brietbart noted is a common phrase among Hamas supporters.

Tlaib tried to clarify the video, posting on X on Friday, “From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate. My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity.”

Yet, Breitbart added, “The phrase is historically used to call for the genocide of all Israelis.”

In response, Nessel called on Tlaib to take down the video.

“I have supported and defended you countless times, even when you have said the indefensible, because I believed you to be a good person whose heart was in the right place,” Nessel responded to Tlaib on X. “But this is so hurtful to so many. Please retract this cruel and hateful remark.”

Republicans have been calling for Tlaib to be sanctioned or resign for weeks because of her open hostility toward Israel.

A new call for that came on Saturday from Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has pushed for censuring Tlaib.

“Terrorist Tlaib is promoting the genocide of all Jewish people in Israel and calls it aspirational,” Greene posted on X.

“‘From the river to the sea’ means to wipe out all the Jews and take their land from the river to sea. You should resign and go to Gaza and fight on the front lines for Hamas.”
