Missing Endangered Adult in Polk County, FOUND SAFE

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – UPDATE: THIS ALERT IS CANCELED. Mr. Swain has been located and is safe. On Sunday, at approximately 7:30 AM, Michael Swain unexpectedly left his residence on Nicholson Drive, in Davenport. He departed in his Gray 2019 Dodge Journey S.U.V. with attached Florida (“disabled” red & white) tag# EXU6. The vehicle has a red Teddy Bear hanging from the rearview mirror.

Michael has Dementia, P.T.S.D.,Schizophrenia, and cognitive issues. He has not taken his prescribed medications since last night. He has not driven a vehicle in five years. Michael utilizes the Orlando V.A. hospital and frequents the Mcdonald’s Restaurant near Posner Park. Michael was last seen wearing gray shorts, a green shirt, long white socks, and gold tennis shoes. He wears his hair in a small ponytail.
