A Florida man has been arrested after a late night exposure to women walking on a beach.
Alexander Civitate, 33, of Merritt Island, Florida, was arrested early Saturday morning, around 1:00 A.M., for allegedly exposing himself in a lewd manner while following three adult women on the beach south of Minutemen Cswy.
A Cocoa Beach Police Officer responded to the south end of Cocoa Beach to meet the three victims who said they were followed on the beach for several blocks by a naked man.
According to the victims, Civitate allegedly touched himself continually in a lewd manner during the encounter.
While the officer was driving the victims back to their rental home, another officer located Civitate, who was still naked.
Civitate was positively identified by the victims and was taken into custody without incident.
Civitate was charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs and transported to Brevard County Jail where he is held on a $2,500 bond awaiting a court date on August 8, 2022.
