One Adult, Two Children Transported To Local Hospitals After House Fire In St. Pete

 One adult and two children have been transported to local hospitals after a fire broke out in their garage late Thursday afternoon.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – One adult and two children have been transported to local hospitals after a fire broke out in their garage late Thursday afternoon.

At approximately 5:00pm St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the 2500 block of 13th Ave S for a two-story house with a fire in the garage and the victims located on the second floor above the fire.

According to officials, two victims were rescued by crews using ladders while the third victim escaped the home on their own.  All three victims are on the way to the hospital by ambulance.

Investigators say one adult in stable condition was transported to Bayfront hospital, one child in stable condition to sent to All Children’s Hospital, and one child in critical but stable condition was transported to Tampa General Hospital.
