Missing 13-Year-Old Last Seen In New Port Richey Located Safe

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Julie Neil has been located and is safe, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies were searching for Julie Neil, a missing/endangered 13-year-old.

Neil is 5’2″, around 125 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, and was last seen on March 15 around 8:10 a.m. in the 2400 block of Little Rd. in New Port Richey.

Neil was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black shorts.
