Pasco Sheriff Deputy Hit by Car Saturday Morning 52 and Land O’ Lakes Blvd

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A Pasco Sheriff Deputy was by hit car early Saturday morning, while the deputy and fire emergency crews had responded to a fire in the area of¬†State Road 52 and Land O’Lakes Boulevard,¬†according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. The Deputy was directing traffic.

“A Deputy was struck by a vehicle this morning while assisting Pasco County Fire Rescue directing traffic as they worked a structure fire. The Deputy was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the investigation is being conducted by FHP, ” said spokesperson Amanda Hunter.
