LAND O’ LAKES, Fla. – An alert for drivers who use Mentmore Boulevard in Land O’ Lakes, Pasco County. A daytime pavement rehabilitation project is set to begin on Monday, February 5, 2024.
Crews will resurface the existing roadway and add new pavement markings. Drivers should be prepared to experience minor delays.
The construction area runs from State Road 54 to Sunlake Boulevard – in both directions.

Paving Work Details:
- Work hours are Monday through Friday | 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Expect single-lane closures with message boards directing traffic
- Project is expected to take roughly 30 days to complete, depending on weather conditions
Asphalt Paving Systems is the contractor for this Pasco County Public Works project.
