Pennsylvania Man Dies In Crash After Tire Blows Out Florida Highway

A 39-year-old Pennsylvania man has died in a crash that happened around 12:46 pm on Saturday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving a Honda Accord northbound on I-75, south of the Pasco County Rest Area near Milepost 277, when the driver suffered a tire failure.

Troopers say the driver lost control, departed the roadway, and struck a tree.

The man was transported to an area hospital but later died from injuries suffered in the crash.
