Deputies say he was last seen on June 17, 2023, around 1:00 a.m. walking in the area of the Walmart Supercenter (904 Cypress Parkway) in Kissimmee.

Joseph is 5’6″ tall, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and grey hair. He is believed to be wearing black sweatpants, a red shirt, a black ball cap, and white running shoes.
Joseph is diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, and P.T.S.D.
