The man in the photos is being sought by the Polk County Sheriff's Office after he walked out of A&A Overstock in Winter Haven with an iPhone that didn’t belong to him.

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The man in the photo is being sought by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office after he walked out of A&A Overstock in Winter Haven with an iPhone that didn’t belong to him.

According to investigators, the crime occurred on September 7th sometime around 3:00 p.m.

The suspect was initially at the store asking about taking some pallets and was told to talk to the front desk.

The suspect walked into the office area and removed an employee’s cell phone from the desk. He then left in a newer model Ford 150 pick-up truck with an extended cab and drove northbound on Spirit Lake Road.
