TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police is asking for the public’s assistance locating 23-year-old Kacey Leopard after issuing a Purple Alert.
Kacey Leopard, W/F, 5’8″, approximately 110 pounds, was last seen around 7:40 am on 1/25/2024 in the 7200 block of E. Bank Dr. She was last seen wearing blue Birkenstock sandals and unknown clothes. She is believed to be traveling on foot and does not have a cell phone.

A photo of Kacey Leopard is above, and police say she is believed to be in need of medical care.
