Research carried out by fashion experts BoohooMAN has analyzed the rise in searches for Travis Kelce’s style, finding that there has been a 667% increase in Google searches for ‘Travis Kelce fashion’ in the past year.
Undoubtedly, Kelce’s recently heightened fame is a key reason behind forecasts that Super Bowl LVIII’s audience could break last year’s 115.1 million record.
Next weekend, Kelce’s Chiefs hope to hold on to the Vince Lombardi trophy after claiming it in their last-gasp win over the Philadelphia Eagles, which set the previous record.

BoohooMAN looked at some of Kelce’s most memorable outfits and analyzed his fashion influence by looking at the popularity of various trends on Pinterest, Google and TikTok.
Double denim
In September, Travis Kelce was spotted sporting a light blue and white denim jacket and matching pants designed by Kid Super. Kelce paired this look with simple white Converse sneakers, making a bold but cool statement and prompting a 92% rise in searches for double denim on Pinterest.
Styling double denim can seem daunting. However a matching set has proven to be particularly popular in recent months. Starting with more neutral colours, such as greys or blacks, is a safer option; however, a washed-out denim look can offer a timeless vintage feel.
Bold Prints
Travis Kelce is not one to shy away from bold, colorful prints; whether wearing a bright yellow button-up with brown leather pants, or a flamingo print bowling shirt, Kelce knows how to pull off a fun print.
Pinterest searches for graphic shirts have increased by 30%.
To incorporate this trend into your Winter wardrobe, opt for knitwear with bold/graphic prints. Kelce is a fan of oversized, fun knitwear, including a neon Louis Vuitton cardigan. Kelce often styles his bold printed knitwear with wide-leg pants or jeans for a casual but fun look. This baggy sweater trend has seen a 56% increase in Pinterest searches over the past month.

Plaid Shirts
After the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Los Angeles Chargers in October, Travis and Taylor were seen leaving together hand in hand, coordinated red outfits included.
Wearing a red plaid shirt from Pharell’s brand Icecream, and styled with beige slacks, Travis’ fall-appropriate look was a great mix of casual and fun.
Pinterest searches for plaid shirts have also increased by 23%.
To curate a look featuring a plaid shirt, think about layering. Take a long- sleeve white shirt and layer an unbuttoned plaid shirt over, then add warmer layers. Don’t forget to play around with colors and textures, pair with light wash jeans; the possibilities are endless with this look.
Oversized Suit
Travis Kelce has perfected his red-carpet look this year, opting for more of an oversized fitting suit. At the premiere of the Netflix documentary ‘Quarterback,’ Kelce wore an oversized pastel mint green suit. He also appeared at the 2023 ESPYs in a black and white, loose-fitting ensemble.
Pinterest searches for oversized blazers have increased by around 33%. So, if you’re not comfortable with committing to the complete oversized look, settle on an oversized blazer with more fitted pants. Instead of sticking with one color, play around with tones and prints to stand out.
