SARASOTA, Fla. – Sarasota Police are investigating a shooting in the 700 block of Central Ave, Sarasota, shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Police say there is one victim with minor injuries.
The victim is not cooperating with detectives, investigators say, and no suspect is in custody at this time.
Investigators are working to identify suspects, witnesses, and other possible victims.

This is believed to be an isolated incident, and the public is not in danger, police say.
