South Carolina Parents Charged With Trafficking Their Own 14-Year-Old Daughter For $20

Detectives in South Carolina have charged a mother and father with Human Trafficking their own 14-year-old daughter.

The case began in Greenville County; however, this mother and father live in Anderson County, South Carolina.

According to Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, the couple would seek people who would pay them to have sex with their daughter.

At least one of those people, a 67-year-old man in Greenville County, paid the mother and father $20 on the Cash App each time they delivered the child to this person.

A search warrant was issued for the couple’s Cash App account, and detectives discovered that the couple received $1,300 to $1,400 a month in payments.

Human trafficking charges were leveled against Wilson and Lawrence. They are being held without bond at the Anderson County Detention Center.

William Barendsen, another man, accepted the couple’s offer and was charged with criminal sexual activity with a juvenile, according to the sheriff’s office.
