WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The Special Olympics Florida Law Enforcement Torch Run will be held in Winter Haven today, Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Starting at 9:00 a.m., runners will gather at the Publix Parking lot located at Northgate Plaza (1395 6th St NW) in Winter Haven.
The Official Run will kick off at 9:30 a.m. with runners carrying the torch southbound on 6th St (Hwy 17) to Cypress Gardens Blvd.

They will then turn east on Cypress Gardens Blvd and turn into the Advent FieldHouse, where the run officially ends.
Drivers will see a slowdown as one lane of Hwy 17 will be the path of the runners, with officers escorting the group.
