BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Brooksville is about to get a whole lot sweeter on Friday, March 31, when locally owned and operated Spring Hill Crumbl Cookies, located at 7069 Coastal Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613, opens its doors.
Store owners, Anita Schaumkel and her partners, Richard Litchfield, Benjamin Harris, and Shawn Larsen, say they can’t wait to serve delicious treats to cookie-crazed fans in Crumbl’s perfectly postable pink boxes.
It was love at first bite for Crumbl store owner and operator Anita Schaumkel, and her sister Clarissa.

“We are originally from California, spent some time in Utah, and are now happily living in the sunny state of Florida. When our family was first introduced to Crumbl, we were drawn to the family-centered mission. There is nothing that says ‘I love you’ like quality time, good food, and delicious desserts. We are excited to help our community elevate Crumbl’s vision of creating meaningful moments,” said Schaumkel.
The store will be open from 8 am – 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am – 12 am Fridays and Saturdays.
Aside from satisfying your sweet tooth, the store also provides more than 55 career opportunities to Brooksville locals.
The grand opening week menu will contain 6 of the 275+ weekly rotating flavors including Crumbl’s award-winning Milk Chocolate Chip.
