SPRING HILL, Fla. – A 24-year-old Spring Hill man has been arrested and charged with a Sexual Cyber Harassment case that was occurring in Hernando County.
Hernando County Sheriff’s detectives were contacted by a Manatee County Sheriff’s detective regarding a Sexual Cyber Harassment case that was occurring in Hernando County.
The Manatee County detective provided information about a juvenile victim in Manatee County who reported being cyber stalked by a Hernando County man, identified as William Isoldi.
The Manatee County investigation began in August 2023, after Isoldi took over the victim’s Snapchat account and disseminated nude photos of her to her friends, while soliciting nude photos of them in return.

The MCSO investigation revealed the victim’s account was being utilized by an IP address located at 1508 Ivydale Road in Spring Hill.
The investigation further revealed that William Isoldi, a registered sexual offender, was a resident of the Ivydale Road address. Isoldi’s status as a sexual offender stemmed from charges in Polk County, where Isoldi demonstrated the same predatory behavior as in the current case.
Detectives developed probable cause and issued a search warrant for Isoldi’s residence.
During an interview with Isoldi, he admitted to the allegation and further admitted to taking over at least two other accounts in an attempt to conduct the same activity.
A search of Isoldi’s residence on December 13 revealed numerous devices, which were all collected.
A brief search of the devices conducted on the scene revealed an email address. When questioned about the email address, Isoldi told detectives he used it to hide his true identity due to his sex offender status restricting him from using social media and/or the internet.
Detectives confirmed that Isoldi never reported the email address, which is a violation of his sexual offender requirements.
William Michael Isoldi, 24, was placed under arrest and charged as follows:
- Failure to Comply w/Sex Offender Reporting Requirements
- Sexual Cyber Harassment
- Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony
- Violation of Probation (2 counts).
Isoldi was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, where, based upon his sex offender and probation status, he is being held without bond.
