DAVENPORT, Fla. – Prepare for an amazing day of community, compassion, and celebration as the Sunshine Foundation proudly presents the Spring Family Fair that’s themed “Superhero and Princesses.”
“Join us on Saturday, March 09, 2024, from 11 AM to 2 PM, at the magical Sunshine Foundation Dream Village for a fun day dedicated to making dreams come true for children in need,” said the Sunshine Foundation.
The Sunshine Foundation Spring Family Fair will be a day to remember, featuring an array of exciting bounce houses, character meet and greets, music, dancing, miniature golf, games, prizes, face painting, raffles, and vendors.

The event is open to the community for a day of fun. Come out and spread sunshine at the Sunshine Foundation Dream Village. No charge to attend. Donations are greatly appreciated.
Sunshine Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to answering dreams for children with life-long chronic conditions such as: spina bifida, cerebral palsy, profound Level 3 severe autism, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, severe epilepsy, Sickle Cell Disease, blindness, deafness, trauma from abuse, and others. Through the generosity of donors and supporters, the Foundation has been able to spread sunshine and create magical experiences for thousands of children and their families since 1976.
To make these dreams a reality for children that may be turned away from other wish-granting organizations that require a life-threatening or critical diagnosis, Sunshine Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations, and corporations to help keep the Dream Village a peaceful and relaxing escape from reality for the children and their families that stay there while on their Magical Dream Trips provided by the Sunshine Foundation.

The most popular dream request is for a family trip to Orlando to visit LEGOLAND Florida, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, and the Florida coast beaches. Families stay at the Foundation’s 22-acre Dream Village in Davenport, FL, an enchanted accommodation for underrepresented children with disabilities less than 15 miles from Disney World.
Since opening in 1990, more than 21,000 children have enjoyed the Dream Village which includes 9 fairy-tale themed cottages, a heated zero-entry swimming pool, handicap accessible playground and a miniature golf course.
