WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Winter Haven Detectives need assistance in locating 29-year-old Damian Rashad Green after he entered an apartment window and battered a woman.
According to police, on March 21, 2024, the female victim was inside her residence when she saw Green, who is an acquaintance, take the screen off of a back window and attempt to enter.
Police say the woman struggled to keep the window closed, and Green eventually was able to open it and enter the apartment.

He followed the woman to her couch, where he took her cell phone and began to strike her. He then took his belt and wrapped it around the woman’s neck in an attempt to strangle her.
Police say he left the apartment and was not located.
A warrant has been obtained for Green on charges of Burglary with Battery, Robbery, and Battery by Strangulation.
