TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are looking for 68-year-old Francisco Lazaro Carmona-Gonzalez who was last seen at his residence around 7:30 this morning.
Police say, Francisco is 5’6″, approximately 130 pounds, and has short gray hair that is balding.
He was last seen wearing a dark-colored striped shirt and black pants when he left the Angel’s Garden Assisted Living Facility in the 8000 block of N. Rome Avenue.
Francisco is Spanish speaking and suffers from dementia and other medical issues.
Tampa Police are concerned for his safety and are asking the community to keep an eye out for Francisco.
