Troopers Locate Truck Involved In Fatal St. Pete Hit And Run

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL. – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers received a tip overnight concerning a white 2021 Dodge pickup truck that was possibly involved in the fatal hit and run in St. Petersburg.

Investigators say Troopers located the truck at a residence along 36^th Avenue North, near 49^th Street North.

The truck was found to have damage consistent with the January 29^th fatal crash on SR-693.

The man in the photo below is “reported to typically operate the vehicle” which has been parked for the last several days, and remains a person of interest.
