Two Florida Players Win $1,000,000 Each On Powerball

The Florida Lottery announces that John Clair, 56, of Hilliard, and Ama Campbell, 38, of Miami Gardens, each claimed a $1 million prize from the POWERBALL® Draw game at the Lottery’s Orlando and Miami District Offices.

The winning tickets matched all five of the white ball numbers but did not match the Powerball number.

Clair purchased his $1 million winning POWERBALL ticket for the Saturday, January 1, 2022, drawing from Jack Rabbit Food Mart, located at 15807 County Road 108 in Hillard.

Campbell purchased her $1 million winning POWERBALL Quick Pick ticket for the Wednesday, January 5, 2022, drawing from Publix, located at 9951 Miramar Parkway in Miramar.

The retailers will each receive a $1,000 bonus commission for selling the winning POWERBALL ticket.
