Two Florida Teens Locked Up After Armed Carjacking, Flipping Stolen Car

Two Florida teenagers were arrested for an armed robbery and carjacking that ended in a violent crash.

On Saturday, Escambia County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home on the 1200-block of North “Z” Street after a woman reported being robbed at gunpoint in front of her home.

Surveillance video outside the home showed 17-year-olds Zacharias Jackson-Holley and Shawn Albert, robbing the victim of her wallet and cell phone at gunpoint before stealing her 2020 black Dodge Charger from her driveway.

While investigating the armed robbery, Escambia County residents began calling the dispatch about a black Dodge Charger being driven recklessly in the area of Pine Forest Road and Highway 297A.

When deputies arrived at the 3100-block of 297A the stolen car was already wrecked, sitting on its roof.

Jackson-Holley began to run from the wreckage. A deputy chased after, caught, and took Jackson-Holley to the ground.

Albert was found lying next to the upside-down stolen Dodge Charger. Also found in the wreckage was the BB gun used in the armed robbery.
