What Is the 2023 Ford F-150 Release Date? 

Ford has not announced an official release date for the 2023 Ford F-150 – but Brandon Ford in Tampa, FL said to expect them in Fall 2022. 

When it makes its debut at the dealership, the 2023 Ford F-150 is expected to be available in nine trim levels – XL, Rattler, XLT, Lariat, Tremor, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited and Raptor. The new Ford F-150 will be available in a trio of body styles – Regular Cab, SuperCab and SuperCrew Cab. The trail-rated 2023 Ford F-150 Rattler is a welcome addition to the lineup this year that is built on the Ford F-150 XL platform and adds elements of the Ford FX4 Off-Road Package to deliver premium performance on the trail with a lower price tag. 

What Are the 2023 Ford F-150 Features and Specs?

Power and performance will always be highlights of the Ford F-150 and the 2023 Ford F-150 is expected to check all the boxes with a half dozen engine options to choose from that pair with a 10-speed SelectShift™ automatic transmission. When equipped for towing, the latest Ford F-150 is expected to be able to tow up to 14,000 pounds of cargo with a maximum payload of 3,250 pounds. Here is a closer look at available engine options:

  • 290-Horsepower 3.3-Liter V-6
  • 325-Horsepower 2.7-Liter EcoBoost® V-6
  • 400-Horsepower 5.0-Liter V-8
  • 400-Horsepower 3.5-Liter EcoBoost® V-6
  • 450-Horsepower High-Output 3.5-Liter EcoBoost® V-6
  • 430-Horsepower 3.5-Liter PowerBoost® Hybrid
