WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Winter Haven Police are announcing that the reward for information leading to the identity of the killer of Demetrick Brown on July 4 has increased to $10,000.
Demetrick was in a crowd at a pop-up block party along Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd when he was shot and killed.
Investigators are asking anyone with video that could be useful to this case to please utilize Heartland Crime Stoppers.
Video can be uploaded anonymously through the free P3 smartphone app. These tips are guaranteed anonymous and, if resulting in an arrest, the tip could earn you $10,000 cash.
“With the large crowd in attendance, somebody knows something,” said Chief David Brannan. “I implore anyone who knows any information to contact Heartland Crime Stoppers.”
