An 11-year-old Florida boy is in custody after shooting and killing his Aunt Friday morning, according to police.
Police say at 7:50 am on Friday, May 17th, Ocoee officers arrived on the scene at a home on Idaho Court in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, they found 55-year-old Sandra King with a gunshot wound, and she was rushed to AdventHealth in Apopka, where she tragically succumbed to her injuries.

“Further investigation revealed the victim’s 11-year-old relative, who resided with her, had shot her,” said the Ocoee Police Department.
The 11-year-old boy is in custody, and the investigation continues into what led to the shooting.
No word yet on charges for the child.
