LUTZ, Fla. – A 27-year-old Orlando man was killed on Tuesday, in a crash that happened in Lutz around 10:00 AM.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a car driven by a 26-year-old Orlando Woman was traveling northbound on Florida Avenue at Hayes Road when she lost control of the vehicle.
The car rotated onto the concrete sidewalk along the east shoulder before colliding with two parked/unoccupied sedans and a tree at 16029 North Florida Avenue.
The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The passenger was transported to an area hospital but died from injuries suffered during the crash.
