TAMPA, Fla. – AdventHealth West Florida is set to host a career expo on Tuesday, October 3, and Wednesday, October 4, at Raymond James Stadium, where leaders are ready to hire hundreds of essential clinical positions for our hospitals across the Tampa Bay region.
This event is also the first time that AdventHealth Riverview will be taking applications for more than 250 positions to help operate the new hospital, currently under construction in the fast-growing South Hillsborough County community.
AdventHealth Riverview is on track to open in Fall 2024, starting operations with 82 beds and aiming to expand to approximately 200 beds.

Career Expo attendees will have the chance to interview directly with hiring managers, with same-day job offers for qualified registered nurses, graduate nurses, licensed practical nurses, respiratory therapists, patient care techs and more. Sign-on and relocation incentives will be available for select roles.
The event will host a showcase of AdventHealth facilities, providing attendees with the opportunity to interact with Team Members and explore state-of-the-art medical environments.
A Sim Showcase will also immerse visitors in lifelike medical scenarios, offering hands-on experiences with the tools utilized by medical teams in delivering high-quality, whole-person care.
An exclusive Veteran’s Meet-Up will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., honoring and supporting veterans and highlighting AdventHealth’s commitment to providing a supportive environment for military personnel.
This exclusive experience will offer a specialized forum for military and veteran attendees to establish meaningful connections along with AdventHealth’s veteran team members.
Captain Fear and Tampa Buccaneers cheerleaders will make special appearances, promising memorable moments and fantastic photo opportunities for applicants and team members. Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the event. Registering before the event is strongly recommended.
