PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A Deltona man is dead, and a Tampa woman is in the Pasco County Jail following a DUI crash that happened on Thursday around 9:20 p.m.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Toyota RAV 4, driven by a 30-year-old Tampa woman, was traveling eastbound on SR-54.
Just east of Starkey Boulevard, the woman overtook and collided with the rear of a Jeep Wrangler, driven by a 25-year-old Deltona man.

Investigators say the man was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle, suffering fatal injuries after being transported to an area hospital.
Troopers say the driver of the Toyota, Solanch Quintanilla Coca, 30, was later arrested by FHP Troopers for DUI Manslaughter and booked in the Pasco County Jail.
