LAND O’ LAKES, Fla. – A 34-year-old woman from Warrenville Illinois, was killed on US 41 in Land O’ Lakes Wednesday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, an SUV driven by a 17-year-old Land O’ Lakes teen was traveling northbound on US-41, north of School Road. Troopers say the teen struc the 34-year-old woman who was walking eastbound across the US 41. Transported to an area hospital, the woman later died from injuries sustained during the crash.
