Florida Highway Patrol Searching For Driver Who Struck Homosassa Woman On An E-Bike

CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck a Homosassa woman while she rode an e-bike.

Troopers say an unknown vehicle was traveling eastbound on East Turner Camp Road.

West of North Jackadee Point, the vehicle overtook and collided with an e-bike. 

The rider, a 57-year-old Homosassa woman, suffered serious injuries as the driver fled the scene. 

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call *FHP (*347) or Crime Stoppers at **TIPS.
