HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. – Florida Highway Patrol is seeking a hit and run driver from a crash that happened just before 7:00 am on Saturday.

Troopers say a white car, possibly a Cadillac sedan, was traveling southbound on I-75 in the center lane, north of SR-674.

A second car, driven by a 16-year-old Wesley Chapel boy was traveling southbound in the outside lane, while an SUV was in the center lane.

Investigators say the white car unsuccessfully attempted to change lanes to the outside lane and collided with the left rear of Wesley Chapel teen with its right front.

Upon impact, the white car was redirected back to the center lane and its left front collided with a boat trailer towed by the SUV, causing the boat to separate from the trailer.

Following the collisions, the white car fled the scene, described possibly as a white Cadillac sedan.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call *FHP or **TIPS.
