The victim was being treated by the Key West Fire Department for cuts to his hands. The victim stated King’s vessel began dragging anchor, causing their boats to hit each other.

The victim was working to resolve the issue when King became angry and cut both the victim’s hands with a filet knife.

King was booked into the Monroe Couty Jail on a $50,000 bond.
