A Florida man has been charged with attempted murder after thinking his neighbor’s music was too loud and did what Florida man does, shoots him.
31-year-old Zachary Moncada, is being held with no bond after his arrest on Friday in Boca Raton.
According to Palm Beach County Sheriff (PBSO), deputies responded to a shooting at a home near Neptune Road and Shady Pound Lane in Boca.
Investigators say when they arrived, two men were holding down Moncada in the front yard of the home.
According to PBSO, Moncada shot the victim in the back over loud music.
The victim, who has not been identified, was transported to a local hospital and Moncada transported to jail.
The victim is in stable condition.
