A Florida woman has been arrested at a Circle K after becoming angry after finding out she needed ID to buy beer.
Deputies responded to the Circle K in the 15800 block of E Highway 40 in Marion County, in reference to a battery.
When deputies arrived, they found that Lisa Muncy was upset that she could not buy beer without an ID.
According to deputies, as the victim attempted to explain this to Muncy, she became upset and attempted to strike the victim through a car window.
She then opened the victim’s car door and battered her, according to deputies.
Muncy left the location but was later located and arrested. She was given a ride to the Marion County Jail.
