LAKELAND, Fla. -UPDATE, This boy has been located safe. Officers and detectives are currently looking for missing 13-year-old Derek Michael Bougher. Derek is 5’7″ and weighs approximately 220lbs.
He has medium length blonde hair and brown eyes. Derek was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. today near 1140 E Lemon Street. He was wearing a black cowboy hat, grey shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. Derek has been known to frequent the Downtown area, Lake Mirror, and Lake Bonny area.
