Legend Little Richard, Dead at 87

Richard Wayne Pennyman, known as Little Richard, famous for his break out hit “Tutti-Frutti” in 1956, has passed away today at the age of 87. Cause of death is unknown at this time. 

He had a string of hits from 1957-1958 including “Long Tall Sally”, “Rip It Up”, “Lucille” and “Good Golly Miss Molly”. Little Richard was a staple for the future rock and roll stage presence with his flamboyant outfits, makeup and personality.

A True Legend and Pioneer of Rock and Roll, he will be greatly missed.
