PHILADELPHIA, PA. – Discussed today, Minneapolis lawmakers voting to ban chokeholds and “warrior-style” training tactics practiced by law enforcement and Philadelphia officer Richard P. Nicoletti being charged by District Attorney Larry Krasner for pulling protesters masks off and pepper-spraying their faces.
