TAMPA, Fla – Tampa Police Department will conduct an active shooter exercise at Moffitt McKinley Hospital located at 10901 N. McKinley Drive on Wednesday.
The exercise is scheduled to start at 12 p.m., but road closures, facility closures, and large officer presence can be expected well before the start.

The incident is not real, but the exercise will simulate realistic response efforts and is being used to evaluate officer and staff preparedness.
