TAMPA, Fla. – Reinier Collado Hernandez has been located and is safe, according to the Tampa Police Department.
The Tampa Police Department was searching for 25-year-old Reinier Collado Hernandez.
Hernandez is described as a light-complexion black male approximately 5’3″ tall.
