TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police detectives are seeking assistance in identifying the subject pictured above.
Police believe that the individual is the suspect in a homicide that occurred on Monday, March 4, 2024, in the 5700 block of N. Nebraska Avenue.
The victim is 37-year-old Rebecca Couture.

Couture was shot and pronounced deceased at the scene.
