One of the most influential political groups in America is the real estate industry, and one Florida Conservative real estate broker in Florida says it’s time for a Bud Light moment.
With so many Americans boycotting a $3 beer, most seem content with handing over tens of thousands of dollars to real estate companies only to be funneled to extremely woke liberal causes and candidates.
The real estate industry, which experienced a boom and bust that tracked closely with the 2008 financial crisis, retains real power in Washington. Companies and associations are highly influential political actors, spending millions on lobbying and campaign contributions.
By far, the most active player in the industry is the National Association of Realtors, which spent over $14 million in the 2014 cycle – more money than the next seven groups combined.
Individuals associated with the next biggest spender that cycle, Marcus & Millichap, gave $3.16 million, with Democrats taking in 71.5 percent of the donations that went directly to candidate or party committees.
Steven Coderre, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Owner of Revere Realty said, “Every conservative American should ask themselves; Why would you allow a real estate sign to be put in your yard from a company that goes against everything you believe in? If you wouldn’t put a Biden sign in your yard, why would you hire a woke liberal real estate company? Coderre says he focuses on conservative values and vows never to “give one shiny penny to liberal candidates and causes.”
“I’m giving homeowners a choice in who they want to work with and the security in knowing that they aren’t contributing to things they don’t believe in,” said Coderre. “I was inspired by my friend Cliff Gephart who created Conservative Grounds Coffee Shop. Cliff put principle before profits, and that was very admirable. I realize that I am alienating a certain segment of the real estate market, but I can live with that. What I can’t live with is watching America be destroyed by the WOKE mob and sit by and do nothing about it”.
What’s different about Revere Realty? Patriotism.
“Some things we are doing differently is giving away a free 25-foot flag pole to every client who uses Revere Realty. We need to display our love for America,” said Coderre.
Revere Realty has also partnered with several gun shops throughout Florida and is giving a $100 gift certificate to any Revere client who loves firearms.
In addition, Revere Realty will contribute a perpetual $11 monthly contribution in the name of every client to Tunnels to Towers.
The contributions will never stop unless Revere Realty ceases to exist, according to Coderre.
“Indefinitely, As long as we are in existence, we will continue to donate; we want to be the largest donor to Tunnel to Towers in 10 years,” Coderre said.
“The moral to the story is this. If you really have convictions about what direction you want this country to go in, then you can vote with not only your ballot but with your wallet. In the memorable words of President Donald J. Trump, “Everything Woke turns to Shit.” As the country continues to be divided, let’s see if the current trend continues, Go Woke, Go Broke. Revere is betting on this and the real estate companies that are participating in these liberal activities are probably hoping no one shines a light on what is really happening,” said Coderre.
