SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. – One man was killed in St. Pete when he was struck by a pickup truck Thursday night.
According to police, shortly after 10 p.m., a 2003 Ford F150, driven by Timothy L. Brill, 55, was in the southbound curb lane of Pasadena Ave as 55-year-old Henery Pino-Forte, 55, crossed from the east to the west side of the street at Pinellas Way N.
Brill did not see Pino-Fonte and struck him.
Officals say that Pino-Forte, died at the scene. Brill stopped the truck and is cooperating with officers.
Investigators do not believe that intoxication was a factor.
