Tampa Motorcyclist Killed In Crash On Fowler Avenue

TAMPA, Fla. - A 26-year-old Tampa man was killed in a crash that happened on Sunday around 8:45 p.m.

TAMPA, Fla. – A 26-year-old Tampa man was killed in a crash that happened on Sunday around 8:45 p.m. on Fowler Avenue.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Dodge Journey was traveling westbound on East Fowler Avenue, west of Interstate 75, in the left turn lane. 

Troopers say the Dodge turned left to the entrance ramp to Interstate 75 and collided with a Yamaha XVS1300 motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 26-year-old Tampa man, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash. 

The driver of the Dodge, a 19-year-old Valrico woman, suffered minor injuries.
